Important: “Lifetime” means a non-expiring license for the paid features of SnapHolt 1.x on supported environments. It does not promise perpetual browser compatibility, uninterrupted service, ongoing updates, or any roadmap feature.
These terms govern your use of SnapHolt. After a valid one-time purchase, Queue1Lab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the paid features of SnapHolt 1.x on up to three devices you own or control. The license is delivered as a key and activated in the extension.
“Lifetime” is a non-expiring right to use the paid features made available in the SnapHolt 1.x product line, subject to these terms, supported environments, and license validation. It includes 1.x updates and fixes if and when Queue1Lab releases them, without an additional license fee. It does not promise a particular update schedule, every requested feature, perpetual operation, or compatibility with future browsers and websites. Substantially new products, future major versions, cloud monitoring, or other separately operated services may require a separate plan or purchase.
Purchase decisions should be based on features available at the time of purchase. Website, store-listing, issue-tracker, or other roadmap statements describe direction only and are not commitments to a feature, date, price, scope, or continued availability unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
SnapHolt depends on Chrome/Chromium, extension APIs, websites, network access, and the Chrome Web Store, which are controlled by third parties and may change. Queue1Lab makes reasonable efforts to support current stable Chrome releases but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perpetual compatibility.
Scheduled capture and change detection are best-effort local automation features, not a guaranteed 24/7 monitoring service or service-level agreement. The device must be available, online where required, and able to run Chrome. Sleep, shutdown, browser scheduling, overlapping jobs, expired sign-in sessions, network failures, site changes, permissions, or access restrictions may delay or prevent a run. You are responsible for reviewing whether a capture is complete and fit for your purpose.
SnapHolt does not provide cloud backup or server-side recovery for captures, history, schedules, or settings. Local data may be permanently lost if the extension is removed, Chrome or extension data is cleared, a browser profile is reset, storage is evicted or corrupted, or a device is lost or fails. Export important records and keep your own backups. “Unlimited history” means SnapHolt imposes no item-count limit; browser, device, and storage capacity still apply.
The price and applicable tax shown by Polar at checkout control the transaction. Future price changes do not alter a completed purchase. Billing and checkout are also subject to Polar’s Buyer Terms.
Voluntary 14-day refund guarantee. In addition to non-waivable rights, Queue1Lab offers a voluntary full-refund guarantee that may normally be used once per customer or organization. The request must be received within 14 calendar days after purchase. Use the structured refund request page to provide the purchase email address, Polar order ID or other information sufficient to locate the order, a reason category (including “prefer not to say”), a brief explanation where provided, and confirmation that the license and paid benefits will be revoked. This information is used to process requests, identify duplicate or abusive requests, and improve the product. An otherwise eligible request does not require proof of a defect.
The voluntary guarantee may be declined for a repeat purchase made after a prior voluntary refund, or where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or abuse. After 14 days, Queue1Lab may separately consider duplicate or incorrect charges, non-delivery or activation failure, and an unresolved material failure to perform as described. For a technical request, we may require the affected feature, OS, Chrome and SnapHolt versions, expected and actual results, reproduction steps, and a screenshot or error details with sensitive information removed. We may ask the customer to complete one reasonable diagnostic or troubleshooting step. If information reasonably needed to assess a discretionary request is not provided, that request may be closed or declined.
Refunds are processed by Polar. A full refund revokes the associated license and paid benefits. This voluntary guarantee and its information requirements do not restrict any withdrawal, refund, warranty, or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where applicable law permits an unequivocal notice without a particular form or reason, that law controls.
Keys may not be shared, published, sold, or used beyond the activation limit. Queue1Lab may suspend or revoke a key for a refund, chargeback, clear fraud, public leakage, mass activation, or other material abuse. When practical, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct a suspected violation; immediate action may be taken for fraud, security, payment reversal, or urgent abuse.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapHolt is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Verification can confirm that image pixels match an embedded SnapHolt export record. It does not prove that a page was complete or truthful, establish authorship, or guarantee legal effect or admissibility in any jurisdiction. SnapHolt is not legal, compliance, archival, or emergency-monitoring advice or service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queue1Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, business interruption, missed website changes, or lost data. Queue1Lab’s aggregate liability arising from SnapHolt will not exceed the amount paid for the license giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits non-waivable consumer rights, statutory remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury where applicable.
The current terms are published here with an effective date. Material changes will not retroactively reduce a completed purchase’s license rights. Queue1Lab may stop distributing or actively supporting SnapHolt 1.x where reasonably necessary, including because of platform or legal changes. Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice and make reasonable efforts to keep valid existing licenses usable, but Section 4 still applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of their residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The English and Korean versions are intended to have the same meaning; mandatory law controls if a translation conflict cannot be resolved.

“Lifetime”은 본 약관, 지원 환경과 라이선스 검증을 조건으로 SnapHolt 1.x 제품 라인에서 제공되는 유료 기능을 사용할 수 있는 만료일 없는 권리를 뜻합니다. Queue1Lab이 1.x 업데이트나 수정판을 실제로 제공하는 경우 별도 라이선스 비용 없이 포함됩니다. 특정 업데이트 주기, 요청한 모든 기능, 영구 동작 또는 미래 브라우저·웹사이트와의 호환을 약속하지 않습니다. 실질적으로 새로운 제품, 향후 메이저 버전, 클라우드 감시 또는 별도 운영 서비스에는 다른 플랜이나 구매가 필요할 수 있습니다.
구매 결정은 구매 시점에 실제 제공되는 기능을 기준으로 해야 합니다. 홈페이지, 스토어 설명, 이슈 트래커 등에 적힌 향후 방향은 결제 화면에서 명시적으로 달리 밝히지 않는 한 기능·일정·가격· 범위·지속 제공에 대한 약속이 아닙니다.
SnapHolt는 Chrome/Chromium, 확장 API, 웹사이트, 네트워크와 Chrome 웹 스토어에 의존하며 이들은 제3자가 변경할 수 있습니다. Queue1Lab은 현재 안정 버전 Chrome을 지원하기 위해 합리적으로 노력하지만 중단·오류 없는 동작이나 영구 호환을 보장하지 않습니다.
예약 캡처와 변경 감지는 최선형 로컬 자동화 기능이며 24시간 무중단 감시 서비스나 SLA가 아닙니다. 기기가 사용 가능하고 필요한 경우 온라인이며 Chrome을 실행할 수 있어야 합니다. 절전·종료·브라우저 스케줄링·작업 중첩·로그인 만료·네트워크 장애·사이트 변경·권한·접근 제한으로 실행이 늦어지거나 실패할 수 있습니다. 캡처가 완전하고 목적에 적합한지는 사용자가 확인해야 합니다.
SnapHolt는 캡처, 히스토리, 예약, 설정의 클라우드 백업이나 서버 복구를 제공하지 않습니다. 확장 삭제, Chrome 또는 확장 데이터 삭제, 브라우저 프로필 초기화, 저장소 정리·손상, 기기 분실·고장 시 로컬 데이터를 영구적으로 잃을 수 있습니다. 중요한 기록은 내보내고 별도로 백업하세요. “히스토리 무제한”은 SnapHolt가 항목 수 제한을 두지 않는다는 뜻이며 브라우저· 기기·저장 공간의 한계는 적용됩니다.
거래에는 Polar 결제 화면에 표시되는 가격과 적용 세금이 우선합니다. 이후 가격 변경은 완료된 구매에 영향을 주지 않습니다. 결제에는 Polar 구매자 약관도 적용됩니다.
자발적 14일 환불 보증. 법으로 배제할 수 없는 권리와 별도로, Queue1Lab은 고객 또는 조직당 통상 1회 이용할 수 있는 자발적 전액 환불 보증을 제공합니다. 요청은 구매 후 14일 이내에 접수되어야 합니다. 구조화된 환불 요청 페이지에서 구매 이메일 주소, Polar 주문 ID 또는 주문을 조회할 수 있는 다른 정보, 사유 분류 (‘답변하지 않음’ 포함), 작성 가능한 경우 간단한 설명, 환불 시 라이선스와 유료 혜택이 해제된다는 확인을 보내야 합니다. 이 정보는 요청 처리, 중복·남용 확인 및 제품 개선에 사용합니다. 그 밖의 요건을 충족한 요청에는 결함 증명을 요구하지 않습니다.
이전에 자발적 환불을 받은 뒤 이루어진 재구매이거나 사기·남용의 합리적인 정황이 있는 경우 자발적 보증을 거절할 수 있습니다. 14일 이후에는 중복·오결제, 미제공·활성화 불가 또는 설명과 다른 중대한 기능 장애가 해결되지 않은 경우를 별도로 검토할 수 있습니다. 기술 문제를 근거로 요청하는 경우 문제가 발생한 기능, 운영체제, Chrome 및 SnapHolt 버전, 기대한 결과와 실제 결과, 재현 순서, 민감정보를 제거한 스크린샷 또는 오류 정보를 요구할 수 있습니다. 고객에게 합리적인 진단 또는 문제 해결 절차 1회를 요청할 수 있으며, 재량에 따른 환불 요청을 판단하는 데 합리적으로 필요한 정보가 제공되지 않으면 해당 요청을 종료하거나 거절할 수 있습니다.
환불은 Polar가 처리합니다. 전액 환불 시 관련 라이선스와 유료 혜택이 해제됩니다. 본 자발적 보증과 정보 제출 요건은 관련 법률에 따라 배제할 수 없는 청약철회·환불·보증 또는 구제 권리를 제한하지 않습니다. 특별한 형식이나 사유 없이 명백한 의사표시만으로 권리를 행사할 수 있도록 법률이 정한 경우에는 해당 법률이 우선합니다.
키를 공유·게시·판매하거나 활성화 한도를 넘어 사용할 수 없습니다. 환불·지급 취소, 명백한 사기, 공개 유출, 대량 활성화 또는 그 밖의 중대한 남용이 있으면 키를 정지하거나 취소할 수 있습니다. 가능한 경우 사전 통지와 합리적인 시정 기회를 제공하되 사기·보안·지급 취소·긴급한 남용에는 즉시 조치할 수 있습니다.
법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 SnapHolt는 “있는 그대로” 및 “사용 가능한 상태로” 제공되며 상품성·특정 목적 적합성·비침해에 관한 묵시적 보증을 하지 않습니다. 검증 기능은 이미지 픽셀이 SnapHolt가 삽입한 내보내기 기록과 일치하는지 확인할 수 있을 뿐, 페이지가 완전하거나 진실함을 증명하거나 작성자를 확정하거나 특정 법역에서의 법적 효력·증거 능력을 보장하지 않습니다. SnapHolt는 법률·규제 준수·공식 보관·긴급 감시 자문 또는 서비스가 아닙니다.
법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 Queue1Lab은 간접·부수·특별·결과적 손해, 이익 손실, 영업 중단, 놓친 웹사이트 변경 또는 데이터 손실에 책임지지 않습니다. SnapHolt와 관련한 Queue1Lab의 총 책임은 해당 청구의 원인이 된 라이선스에 지급한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다.
본 약관의 어떠한 내용도 법으로 배제할 수 없는 소비자 권리·법정 구제 수단 또는 책임을 배제하거나 제한하지 않습니다. 여기에는 해당되는 경우 사기, 고의, 중대한 과실, 사망 또는 신체 손해에 관한 책임이 포함됩니다.
최신 약관은 발효일과 함께 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 중대한 변경으로 완료된 구매의 라이선스 권리를 소급해 축소하지 않습니다. 플랫폼·법률 변경 등 합리적인 필요가 있으면 SnapHolt 1.x의 배포나 적극적인 지원을 종료할 수 있습니다. 가능한 경우 합리적으로 사전 안내하고 기존의 유효한 라이선스를 계속 사용할 수 있도록 노력하지만 제4조의 제한은 그대로 적용됩니다.
본 약관에는 대한민국 법률이 적용되며, 소비자의 거주지 법률이 강제하는 보호를 박탈하지 않습니다. 관련 법률에 따라 관할권이 있는 법원이 분쟁을 심리할 수 있습니다. 일부 조항이 집행 불가능하더라도 나머지 조항은 유효합니다. 영문과 한국어는 같은 의미로 작성되었으며 번역 충돌을 해소할 수 없는 경우 강행 법규가 우선합니다.
