14-day voluntary guarantee: a verified purchase may be refunded in full within 14 days, normally once per customer or organization. The associated license and paid benefits are revoked when refunded.

14일 자발적 환불 보증: 확인된 구매는 고객 또는 조직당 통상 1회, 구매 후 14일 이내 전액 환불할 수 있습니다. 환불 시 관련 라이선스와 유료 혜택은 해제됩니다.

This guarantee does not limit mandatory consumer rights. After 14 days, duplicate charges, non-delivery, unresolved material defects, and remedies required by law are reviewed under the License Terms.

본 보증은 법으로 배제할 수 없는 소비자 권리를 제한하지 않습니다. 14일 이후에는 중복 결제, 미제공, 해결되지 않은 중대한 결함 및 법에서 요구하는 구제를 이용약관에 따라 검토합니다.
